Tech Stack / Requirements: 

• Node JS (must have) 
• AWS and / or Azure (Must have)
• AI first / AI Assisted Development Experience (Must Have)
• Cursor is what we are using mostly right now
•  Java / Spring (Nice to have)
• Experience with small to mid sized teams
• Self Starter
• Comfortable owning multiple systems.
• ERP Experience (Nice to have)
• Direct industry experience is not required but someone who has worked in fast paced environments and can understand trade offs between pace of delivery vs over engineering a solution. 
• Agile experience (Kanban / Scrum) would be nice to have as well.
